磁控形状记忆合金伸缩作动器设计及参数分析

摘要 该文基于磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)材料自主设计了一种磁控形状记忆合金伸缩作动器,并阐述其原理。通过建立有限元模型,并对MSMA相对空气导磁率、导磁片的相对导磁率及电流等参数进行了分析。研究表明:当MSMA相对空气导磁率为30、电流大小为3 A时,MSMA棒中心线磁场的均匀性较好;而导磁片的相对导磁率对其均匀性影响较小。设计出了一种新型磁控形状记忆合金伸缩作动器,达到了从理论上充分掌握MSMA棒轴向磁场强度及均匀性,并间接地保证了磁控形状记忆合金伸缩作动器具有较优的控制力。 Based Magnetic shape memory alloy (MSMA) materials, this paper designed a retractable magnetic shape memory alloy actuators, and explains its principles. Through the establishment of the finite element model, and MSMA relative air permeability, relative permeability magnetic sheets and current and other parameters were analyzed. Research shows: When MSMA relative air permeability of 30, the current size of 3A, the uniformity of the magnetic field better MSMA rod centerline= and the relative permeability magnetic sheets for its uniformity less affected. A new type of magnetic shape memory alloy actuators designed can achieve theoretically fully grasp the MSMA rod axial magnetic field strength and uniformity, and it can indirectly guarantee the good control ability provided by magnetic shape memory alloy actuators.
