摘要
通过民办高职院校走技术技能型人才培养之路的必要性和紧迫性分析,以南通理工学院培养技术技能型人才的具体实践为例,探索民办高职院校在培养满足地方经济结构调整、产业转型升级和企业技术革新所需要的技术技能型人才方面的思路和主要理念。
Through the analysis of the necessity and urgency in cultivating technical skilled talents of non- governmental higher vocational colleges, taking Nantong Polytechnic Gollege for instance, this paper ex- plores the key point and main ideas on how to cultivate technical skilled talents to meet the needs of local economic restructuring, industrial transformation and upgrading and enterprise technical innovation.
