高职院校大学生就业现状及应对策略——以苏州信息职业技术学院用人单位满意度调查为例

Current Employment Situation of Higher Vocational College Graduates and Its Countermeasures:A Case Study of the Employer Satisfaction Survey Carried out in Suzhou College of Information Technology

以苏州信息职业技术学院毕业生用人单位满意度为研究个案,分析职业技术学院大学生就业现状,梳理当前毕业市场存在的主要问题,调查职业院校毕业生满意度,探索高职院校毕业生用人单位的具体标准,提出相应对策和建议:进一步加强外语应用水平教学,提高学生的外语应用水平,适应区域经济的发展需要;进一步加强学生的职业生涯规划和心理指导。

Taking the employer satisfaction survey carried out in Suzhou college of information technology as the example, this paper analyzes current employment situation of higher vocational college graduates, sorts out existing problems of graduates employment market, makes a survey on vocational colleges graduates satisfaction degree, and explores employer＇s specific criteria for higher vocational college graduates. Moreover, it puts forward relevant countermeasures as follows： firstly, it is needed to further strengthen the level of foreign language teaching to enhance students＇ foreign language proficiency and meet the development needs of regional economy~ secondly, it is necessary to enhance students＇ career planning and psychological guidance.
