社区糖尿病患者疾病认知和健康行为的相关性研究

Correlation between disease cognition and health behaviors of patients with diabetes

目的：探讨社区糖尿病患者的疾病认知和健康行为，研究两者之间的相关性。方法：采用糖尿病认知问卷和健康行为量表，对210例社区糖尿病患者进行调查。结果：患者疾病认知得分为（57.41±7.81）分；健康行为得分为（68.52±20.19）分。呈正相关（r=0.255，P〈0.05）。结论：糖尿病患者对疾病的认知影响其健康行为。应对患者加强疾病知识的宣讲，进一步促进患者的健康行为。

Objective： To investigate the status of disease cognition and health behavior of diabetics, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods： Through convenient sampling, a survey was conducted among 210 diabetics with a diabetes knowledge questionnaire and the Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile （HPL）. Results： The score of disease cognition was （57.41±7.81） and the score of health behavior was （68.52±20.19）. There was a positive correlation between disease cognition and health behavior （r=0.255, P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Diabetes cognition of the diabetics affects their health behavior. It is suggested that nursing interventions shall be carried out for diabetes patients to enhance their disease prevention knowledge and promote their health behavior.
