双回波序列和^1H-MRS检测非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝内脂肪含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨双回波序列和1 H-MRS在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠肝内脂肪含量测定中的应用价值。方法对25只NAFLD SD大鼠首先行双回波序列扫描和1 H-MRS检查,并测定肝内脂肪含量,再行组织病理学检测,分析双回波序列与1 H-MRS、组织病理学结果的相关性。结果双回波序列与1 H-MRS所测肝内脂肪含量呈正相关(r=0.936,P<0.001);双回波序列与组织病理学所测肝内脂肪含量呈正相关(r=0.946,P<0.001),Bland-Ahman曲线分析显示双回波序列和病理学测定的大鼠肝内脂肪含量一致性非常好。结论双回波序列测定NAFLD肝内脂肪含量简便、易行,且准确性高,有望取代组织病理学检查。 Objective To discuss the application of dual-echo sequence and 1 H-MRS in detection of intrahepatic content of lipid in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)rat model.Methods Totally 25 male NAFLD rats were underwent MR dual-echo sequence,1 H-MRS and histopathological examination.Intrahepatic content of lipid were measured.The correlations of intrahepatic content of lipid between dual-echo sequence and 1 H-MRS examination,dual-echo sequence and histopathology were analyzed.Results The intrahepatic content of lipid measured by dual-echo sequence and 1 H-MRS was positive correlated(r=0.936,P〈0.001),which measured by dual-echo sequence and histopathology was also positive correlated(r=0.946,P〈0.001).Bland-Ahman curve analysis showed very good consistency between dual-echo sequence and histopathology in measuring intrahepatic content of lipid.Conclusion Dual-echo sequence is simple and high accuracy in determination of intrahepatic content of lipid,which is expected to replace histopathology in measurement of intrahepatic content of lipid in NAFLD rats.
