复发性布氏杆菌病合并脊髓炎性脱髓鞘病一例 被引量：5

摘要 布氏杆菌病的诊断主要依据流行病学、临床表现及实验室检查,从目前国内有关文献指出的首发性与复发性布氏杆菌病的区别来看[1]：首发性布氏杆菌病血清学效价更高、血培养更敏感;复发性布氏杆菌病关节疼痛的症状更明显;就时间而言,首次发病疾病治愈后,再次发病,2次发病的间隔时间小于1年者为复发,否则为新发.我们收治了1例入院后关节疼痛症状明显且持续时间较长,STA 1：200阳性,本次发病较前一次发病为1年,复发性布氏杆菌病诊断明确的患者,报道如下.
