我国截瘫患者康复流程初探

截瘫患者的康复流程是现代康复医学领域中的一个重要问题,目前国内尚无报告.我们治疗各类截瘫患者48人,平均疗程3.7个月,均获明显康复效果。住院期间康复流程要点为:(1)组成治疗小组;(2)以医师为中心协调各部门工作;(3)制定康复处方;(4)开展评价会。

The rehabilitation of paraplegia patient is an important subject in modern rehabilitation medicine. However, it hasn't been reported in China. The 48 paraplegia cases were treated for an average of 3.7 months. They have got rehabilitation care and the result was good. During management the key points were:(1) Setting up a rehabilitation team work; (2) Rehabilitation doctor organizes all rehabilitation pricineiple; (3) Work out a rehabilitation prescription; (4) Holding the rehabilltation evaluation conference.
