呼和浩特市地区英国纯血马的生理生化指标的测定

PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL DATA OF MEASUREMENT OF THOROUGHBRED IN HUHHOT

为了给纯血马在我国的研究提供更多的参考资料,本文测定了在呼和浩特长期生活的24匹健康的英纯血马的体温、脉搏、呼吸频率、16项血常规指标、13项血液生化指标及血液流变学指标。结果表明,体温、脉搏、呼吸频率的测定值分别为37.648±0.295℃,30.958±3.689次/min,13.826±2.443次/min;测定的16项血常规指标除RDW-CV和MPV未查到参考范围的,其他血常规指标测定值均在参考范围内;测定的13项生化指标中,TG未查到参考范围,ALKP测定的最高值略高于参考范围,LDH的测定值均高于参考范围,其他生化指标的测定值均在参考范围内;血液黏度的高切、中切、低切的测定值分别为4.46±0.191m Pa/s,6.011±0.218 m Pa/s,8.312±0.24 m Pa/s。
