摘要
水工建筑物一般体积都较为庞大,施工期浇筑的混凝土内部温升值很高,内蒙古大坝口水库双曲拱坝位于累年最冷月1月平均气温为-14.1℃,低于-10℃,按照《水工建筑物抗冻设计规范》(SL211-2006)的规定,属于严寒地区,最热月7月平均气温为22.2℃,气温年变幅大,坝体浇筑内部温升较大。如何采取正确的施工期温控措施,避免大坝坝体出现较大的拉应力,对工程进度及质量意义重大。通过科学的施工期温控数值模拟分析计算研究,提出正确的温控措施,确保了工程建设质量。
Hydraulic structures generally are relatively large volume,According to the demands of 《Code for Design of Hydraulic Structures against Ice and Freezing Action》( SL211- 2006),Da bakou reservoir double- vaulted arch dam site is at severe cold region where the coldest January average month temperature is- 14. 1℃,and it is under- 10℃ in Inner Mongolia,the hottest July average month temperature is 22. 2℃. Annual temperature amplitude is very large and the internal temperature of concrete pouring construction period rise in value is very high,how to take measures to control the temperature of the construction right,avoiding large tensile stress,and have a significance to the engineering schedule and quality. By construction temperature control simulation of scientific analysis and calculation on the correct temperature control measures,ensure the quality of construction projects.
