沥青混凝土桥面铺装层温度场分布特征试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 处于自然环境中的桥面铺装层在桥面板的受力、桥梁的耐久性、行车的舒适性等方面都起着重要的作用,铺装层的温度随大气温度的不断变化而变化,特别是对于寒冷及大温差地区,温度变化将会在桥面铺装层中产生较大的拉应力,致使铺装层开裂。为了减少由于温度作用对桥面铺装层的损害,使其具有更好的使用性能,对铺装层的温度场进行研究分析已经成为一项重要的科研内容。本文采用现场实测和缩尺模型试验测试的方法对混凝土简支梁桥沥青混凝土铺装层温度场进行了研究,并利用有限元软件对温度场进行了模拟,通过实测与数值模拟结果的对比分析结果表明:以气象数据为基础,利用ABAQUA有限元软件建模的方法可以较准确的模拟桥面铺装层温度场的变化过程,有限元计算结果与实测结果符合良好。 The bridge deck pavement in the natural environment plays an important role in the bridge deck mechanics properties,durability,driving comfort. Pavement temperature changes with the atmospheric temperature. Especially in cold and large temperature difference area,temperature change will produce large tensile stress,even cracking in bridge deck pavement. In order to reduce the damage due to temperature effect on bridge deck pavement,and improve its service performance,study and analysis on temperature field of pavement has become an important research content. In this paper,field measurement and scale model testing are utilized to study on the temperature field of concrete bridge asphalt concrete pavement. And the temperature field was simulated by finite element software. The results compared measured value and numerical value shows that the method of modeling using the finite element software ABAQUA can simulate the change process of temperature field of bridge deck pavement accurately based on the meteorological data. Finite element results and the measured results are consistent.
