合成革用水基聚氨酯的基本构效关系(Ⅳ)—透度和雾度 被引量:1

摘要 从聚氨酯的构-效关系出发,采用单因素变量控制法,以不同二异氰酸酯、不同聚醚(酯)二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料,合成高透度(透光指数)的水性聚氨酯WPU。通过透光率、光泽度的测定,获得了聚醚(酯)二元醇的种类、异氰酸酯种类、R值(—NC0/—0H摩尔比)、交联剂、扩链剂等结构因素对WPU透度和雾度的影响规律。 On the basis of relationship between structure - activity of polyurethane, water - based polyurethanes (WPU) with high transparence were synthesized firstly from diisocyanate, glycol, dihydroxy methyl propionic acid (DMPA) via single factor experimental method, then followed by an addition of matting agent, as a result, a new water - based polyurethane with high trans- parence and matting effect ( M - WPU) was successfully prepared. By the determination of the light transmittance and glossiness of WPU, the law of the effects of structure factors, such as the type of polyglycol and diisocyanate, different R - value( mole ratio of-NC0:-OH), crosslinker and chain -extender On its transparence and haze( matting effect) is derived.
