摘要
采用根据皮革物理及机械性能而特殊设计的皮革鞣制机进行铬鞣,研究了鞣制时间对皮革理化性能的影响,并对皮革进行EDS、SEM表征。结果表明:随着鞣制时间的增加,皮革的收缩温度逐渐增大,当鞣制时间大于18 h时,皮革的收缩温度不再增加;皮革的抗张强度和撕裂强度先减小后增大,规定负荷伸长率先增大后减小。EDS测试表明,皮革鞣制机鞣制的皮革,其铬元素的分布相对均匀。SEM测试表明,与传统转鼓鞣制的皮革相比,皮革鞣制机鞣制的皮革胶原纤维分散程度更好。
The effects of the time of chrome tanning by using leather tanning machine were studied, which was designed spe- cially on the physical and mechanical properties of leather, and the leather was characterized by EDS and SEM. The results show that : with the increase of the time of chrome tanning, the shrinkage temperature of leather increases, and the temperature doesn' t increase while the time of chrome tanning is more than 18h; the tensile strength and tear strength of leather decreases firstly and then increases ; the specified load elongation of leather increases firstly and then decreases. The EDS results show that the distri- bution of chrome in the leather is relatively uniform. The SEM results show that the collagen fiber dispersion of leather tanned by using leather tanning machines is better than the leather tanned by using drums.
