Analysis on Readers' Equal Rights of Using the Library from the Problem of the right of Entering

杭州图书馆乞丐入馆和郑州图书馆青少年禁入是关于读者入馆权利问题的两个典型案例,从读者、图书馆、社会这三个角度对两者进行对比分析能够得出提升读者权利意识的三种途径:完善相应立法和制度建设、提高图书馆的平等服务意识以及提升读者和潜在读者的权利意识。

Hangzhou Public Library accepting beggars and Zhengzhou Library intercepting teenagers are two typical cases about the reader＇s right of entering. Taking a comparative analysis between them in three perspectives, which are the reader, the library and the society, we could sum up that there are three kinds of ways to enhance readers＇ right consciousness： perfecting the corresponding legislation and the system construction, improving the equality service consciousness of the library and oromotina the riaht consciousness of readers and potential readers.
