生物制剂在狼疮肾炎治疗中的应用

一、狼疮肾炎治疗的演变和局限
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是自身免疫介导的，以免疫性炎症为突出表现的弥漫性结缔组织病。血清抗核抗体为代表的多种自身抗体阳性和多系统受累是SLE的主要临床特征。
