摘要
车门系统作为乘客上下地铁列车的通道,其可靠性直接关系到乘客的人身安全。为评估车门故障的危害,提出一种基于加权最小二乘法WLSM和模糊加权几何平均值FWGM的危害性评估方法。首先,利用WLSM将故障模式风险因子的所有个人决策整合,得出团队评价决策。然后,通过FWGM定义模糊风险优先数FRPN并应用线性规划模型计算其α水平集。最后,利用质心法去模糊化得出FRPN的明确值,并通过FRPN明确值的排序找出车门危害性较大的故障模式,为车门系统可靠性的提高提供技术支持。
Door system is the channel for passengers to step in and out of the metro train,so its reliability is directly related to the safety of passengers. To assess the harm of door system failure,a method based on the w eighted least squares method and the fuzzy w eighted geometric method is put forw ard. First,by using WLSM to integrate all the individual decisions of failure mode risk factors,team evaluation and decision are reached. Then,FWGM is used to define the fuzzy risk priority Numbers and linear programming model is also used to calculate the level set of α. Finally,the qualitative method is used to blur FRPN to get a definite value. The failure mode w here the harm is bigger is found out according to the order of the FRPN definite value,w hich can provide technical support for the improvement of the reliability of the door system.
