基于层次分析法的大学生入党积极分子评价体系研究

Research on Evaluation Index of College Students Activists to Join the Party Based on AHP

随着高校学生党员比例的精简,学生入党积极分子的比例也发生了结构性变化.学生入党积极分子的培养和管理成为高校学生党员发展质量的重要环节。大学生入党积极分子评价受到多种因素影响,准确筛选出影响评价的主要指标是研究的难点。本文通过层次分析法,对影响指标进行合理分析,对主要指标的递阶层进行量化,构建合理的评价指标体系,为新形势下高校大学生入党积极分子考评提供一种新的有效研究方法。

With simplifying the proportion of college student Party member, the proportion of college students activists to join the Party also made structural change. Training and management of college student activists to join the Party becomes the important part about the development quality of college student Party member. The research challenge is how to filter the main indicator which affects the evaluation of college student activists to join the Party. The paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） to analyze the influencing factors and quantify the hierarchy of the main indicator, constructs an evaluation index system, provides a new and effective research approach for the evaluation of college student activists to join the Party.
