摘要
为使管理成为企业的核心竞争力,某单位以精益思想为指导,以流程优化为主线,探索并建立起了适用于装配修理企业的流程管理体系。该体系充分结合发动机修理装配的产品特点,从生产制造流程最末端的工位实际需求出发,以生产制造流程的持续优化为目标,详细阐述了基于布局调整与流程优化的管理体系构建过程,提出了一种能与多种管理方法和工具相融合的基于精益思想的流程管理体系建设方法。
In ordere to make management become the core competence of the enterprise, some units take lean thinking as a guide, take the process optimization as the main line to explore and set up the process management system suitable for the assembly repair enterprise.The system fully combines with the characteristics of engine repair and assembly of products, starts from the end station actual requirements of production process, takes continuous optimization of the production process as the target, it expounds the management system build process based on the layout adjustment and the process optimization in detail, and puts forward the process management system construction method which can fuse with a variety of management methods and tools based on the lean thinking.
