摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,为航天制造业的发展营造了良好的氛围,同时在全球化与一体化的环境下,航天制造业面临着激烈的竞争与巨大的压力,为了实现长足的发展,需要关注自身产品与服务的质量,同时也要控制其成本,在此基础上,航天制造业创新了管理方法,运用了六西格玛管理法。本文研究了六西格玛管理在航天制造业的实践,旨在促进企业综合竞争力的提升。
With the rapid development of social economy, in order to create a good atmosphere for the development of aerospace manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing industry is facing fierce competition and great pressure under the environment of globalization and integration. In order to achieve rapid development, it is important to pay attention to the quality and services of products, control the costs.Based on this, aerospace manufacturing industry innovate the management methods, and uses six sigma management. This paper studies the practice of six sigma management in aerospace manufacturing industry, to promote the improvement of the enterprises competitiveness.
