摘要
目的评价滑动椎弓根钉棒系统矫正青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的疗效。方法将椎弓根钉与矫形棒之间的连接设计为滑动式,使之可随脊柱生长而延长。手术治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸32例,对照术前和术后的脊柱侧凸cobb’s角并统计矫形率。结果 32例患者平均随访18个月,cobb’s角矫形平均39°(27°-53°)。患者术后身高平均增加3.2 cm,肺活量平均增加6%,有一例出现皮肤破溃。结论滑动椎弓根钉棒系统对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸有确切疗效,但其远期疗效还需要更进一步的随访来评价。
Objective To evaluate effectiveness of sliding pedicle screw rod system for the surgical management of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis( AIS). Methods Sliding between pedicle screw and rod allows spinal growth. 32 patients have been operated using this system,the variation of cobb's angle between preoperative and postoperative has been described,to obtain the correction rate. Results The average correction of 39°( 27°~53°) was found at the time of average 18 months follow-up.An average of 32 mm spinal lengthening was achieved,accompanied by 6 percent increase of forced vital capacity( FVC). There were no complications,besides only one case suffered from skin ulceration. Conclusion The sliding pedicle screw rod system is a new effective instrumentation for correcting AIS,but the long-term curative effect needs further research.
