摘要
采用吹氩加入法将纳米TiN和SiC颗粒作为添加剂加入到Mn13Cr2铸钢中,对纳米改性后的耐磨钢的组织与耐磨性能进行了对比分析,并研究了纳米TiN和SiC颗粒在耐磨钢中的存在形式与作用机理。结果表明,在耐磨铸钢中加入纳米TiN和SiC可以起到细化晶粒和析出强化的作用,铸钢的耐磨性能得到提高;TiN主要以微米级团聚颗粒和弥散分布的纳米级第二相粒子的形式存在于基体中,SiC主要以纳米级氧化物形式存在基体中;添加纳米TiN后铸钢磨损形貌主要以较浅的犁沟为主,添加纳米SiC后铸钢的磨损形貌主要以局部剥落为主,而原始铸钢的磨损形貌为犁沟和剥落。
By using argon blowing addition method ,nanometer TiN and SiC particles as additive was added into the wear-resistant steel,and microstructure and performance of the wear-resistant steel with nano-TiN and SiC particles modifier were analyzed.Meanwhile,the existing form and mechanism of Nano-TiN and SiC particles in the wear resistant steel were expounded.The results show that nano-TiN and SiC can refine the grains and play precipitation strengthening effect in the wear-resistant cast steel to improve wear resistance.TiN exists in the matrix in form of micron agglomerated particles and dispersed nano second phase particles,while SiC mainly exists in form of nano-oxide in the matrix.The wear mor-phology of cast steel with nano TiN is mainly characterized by shallow furrow,and the wear morphology of cast steel with nano SiC is mainly characterized by local spalling.In addition,wear morphology of ini-tial cast steel mainly exist in form of mixed furrow and spalling.
