胎儿畸形筛查越来越受到重视,对超声工作者提出了越来越高的要求。临床实习是医学生从理论走向实践的重要过渡,其实习效果直接影响将来临床诊断水平。在产前超声诊断临床实习教学中,强调多学科结合重要性,通过严格带教,培养学生分析图像和临床思维的能力,提高学生实践操作能力,达到较好的教学效果,为今后临床工作培养合格的医学人才。

Prenatal ultrasonography diagnosis and fetal malformation screening played an important role and challenged the ultrasonographic operator.It was important stage for medicine students to study ultrasonography diagnosis as an internship.During the internship,teachers should pay attentions to multi-discipline alliance in order to raise the students＇ ability.
