TIMP-1和VEGF在结肠癌中表达的临床意义及相关性

Expression of TIMP-1 and VEGF in human colon cancer and its clinical significance

目的:研究组织抑制剂1(TIMP-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌中表达的临床意义及相关性。方法:80例结肠癌组织和50例正常结肠组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测TIMP-1和VEGF在结肠癌组织及正常结肠组织中的阳性表达,分析二者之间的相关性。结果:结肠癌组织中TIMP-1和VEGF蛋白的阳性表达率分别43.8%(35/80)、78.8%(63/80),TIMP-1和VEGF在正常结肠组织中的阳性表达率分别84.0%(42/50)、30.0%(15/50),二者阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),TIMP-1和VEGF蛋白表达与结肠癌分化程度、病理分期、转移情况具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结肠癌组织中TIMP-1和VEGF的表达呈负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.436)。结论:联合检测TIMP-1和VEGF,可作为反映结肠癌进展的重要指标。

Objective：To detect tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 （TIMP-1） and VEGF expression in human colon cancer,and their effect on the progression of human colon cancer.Methods：In 80 colon carcinoma tissues and 50 normal colon tissues,TIMP-1 and VEGF were detected by using immunohistochemistry SP assay,and the correlation of the two groups was analyzed.Results：In colon carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rates of the protein of TIMP-1 and VEGF were 43.8％ （35/80）,78.8％ （63/80）respectively,and the expression rates in normal colon tissues were 84.0％ （42/50）,30.0％ （15/50）,the positive expression rate of the two groups were significantly different （P ＜ 0.05）.The proteinexpressions in TIMP-1 and VEGF were correlated withthe histologic grade,clinical stage and metastasis of colon cancer.The expressions of TIMP-1 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues were negatively correlated（P ＜ 0.01,r =-0.436）.Conclusion：The joint detection of TIMP-1 and VEGF can be used as important indexes to show the development of colon cancer.
