干扰素调节因子6和视黄酸受体与非综合性唇腭裂的关系

摘要 目的:探讨干扰素调节因子6(IRF6)和视黄酸受体(RARA)与非综合性唇腭裂(NSCL/P)的关系。方法:35例NSCL/P患儿唇腭裂裂缘皮肤黏膜组织标本作为病例组,15例正常儿童的口唇部皮肤黏膜组织作为对照组,免疫组织化学法检测两组所取组织标本IRF6、RARA的表达。结果:IRF6在唇腭裂裂缘组织中的表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RARA在唇腭裂裂缘组织中的表达明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IRF6和RARA在唇腭裂裂缘组织中的表达增高,可能与NSCL/P的发生有关。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of interferon regulatory factors 6( IRF6) and retinoic acid receptor( RARA) with NSCL / P( non syndrome cleft lip and / or cleft palate). Methods: 35 cleft mucous membrane tissue samples were collected from the NSCLP children patients( experimental group); 15 mucous membrane tissue from healthy children( control group). Adopting SP immunohistochemistry method to examine the expression of IRF6 and RARA in groups. Results: IRF6 expression in cleft mucous membrane tissue was higher than that of control group,differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05); RARA expression in cleft mucous membrane tissue was higher than that of control group,differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The increased expression of IRF6 and RARA in cleft mucous membrane tissue gene may lead to the occurrence of NSCL / P.
