摘要
国外致密油开发经验表明,适宜的工程技术与"工厂化"作业模式的有机结合是实现其经济高效开发的重要手段。针对准噶尔盆地吉木萨尔凹陷致密油特点,开展大井丛"工厂化"水平井钻井试验:一个钻井平台部署12口水平井,水平段延伸方向与最小主应力方向平行,相邻水平段间距300 m,水平段长1 300 m和1 800 m;采用批量化钻井作业模式,每部钻机实施3口井;采用五段制三维水平井轨迹设计方法,应用螺杆定向工具与旋转导向工具配合的轨迹控制方式,实现轨迹精细控制;优化井口间距,通过液压推动滑轨实现钻机井间快速搬迁;建立集中处理站,实现钻井液统一处理和集中维护,提高钻井液重复利用率。试验表明,"工厂化"钻井平均机械钻速达到9.19 m/h,较常规钻井提高5.87%;平均钻井工期64.88 d,较常规钻井缩短19.65%;钻井液重复利用率达到28%.降低成本增加效益成果显著。
The practical experiences of tight oil development abroad indicate that the combination of proper engineering technologies withfactory-like operation pattern is an important tool for economic and efficient production of tight oils.Based on the characteristics of tight oilin Jimusar sag of Junggar basin,this paper recommended a factory-like drilling test of cluster horizontal wells as follows:1)12 wells in adrilling pad were arranged,the horizontal section extensions paralleled to the minimum principal stress orientation,and the distance be-tween adjacent sections was 300 m,with the horizontal-section lengths of 1 300 m and 1800 m; batching drilling operation pattern was ad-opted,with 3-well drilling for each of rig; 2)five-section profile was used for three dimensional horizontal well in track design,realizing thefine track control by combination of screw rod directional tool with rotary steering drilling tool; 3)the optimization of wellhead spacing isrun by hydraulic drive slide rail for quick rig moving; 4)constructing central treatment station to maintain or treat drilling fluid for in-crease of repeating utilization factor of drilling fluid.Case study shows that the average rate of penetration of factory-like drilling can reach9.19 m/h,increased by 5.87% compared with conventional drilling; the average drilling cycle is 64.88 days,shortened by 19.65%; the re-peating utilization factor of drilling fluid reaches 28%.Hence using this drilling technology can effectively reduce the cost,improve effi-ciency and/or benefit.
