浅谈商业建筑的造型设计

Analysis of the Modeling Design of Commercial Buildings

文章着眼于商业建筑设计中一个重要环节——商业建筑的造型设计,围绕商业造型设计的三大部分内容展开,包括建筑的处理手法、商业立面的细部做法以及商业入口的处理。从表皮划分、体块划分和强调完形三个方面介绍了建筑的处理手法;而后根据表皮材料的不同分别阐述了石材幕墙、玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙等运用在商业建筑立面中的细部做法;最后对商业步行街入口及购物中心入口的设计要素进行了详细分析。

The paper focuses on the modeling design of commercial buildings, which is an important part of the commercial building design, the discussion centers around three subjects, including the architectural design approach, the detail of the building faade, and the design of the commerial entrance. The paper starts from the following three aspects of the architectural design approach： the building surface division, the building block partition, and the complete shape. Then according to the difference of the skin materials, it expatiates the details of the stone curtain wall, the glass curtain wall,as well as the aluminum curtain wall, that are applying on the commercial building faade. Finally it analyses the design elements of the entrance of commercial pedestrian streets and shopping malls in detail.
