探讨姜黄素和茶多酚对不同时间UVB致无毛鼠急性光损伤的防御作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨姜黄素和茶多酚对不同时间UVB致无毛鼠急性光损伤的防御作用。方法取清洁级无毛鼠36只,随机分为对照组及药物组(0s、30s、60s、120s、240s);每组各2只。于照射前30min在无毛鼠背部涂抹姜黄素或茶多酚,照射距离为15cm,采用3倍最小红斑量(MED)的UVB约200~540mJ/cm2分别照射各组,取皮肤组织,制成石蜡切片,光学显微镜观察。结果对照组无毛鼠皮肤出现不同程度鳞屑,胶原间可见散在淋巴细胞,且120s及240s时出现胶原红染、排列紊乱、均质化等改变。药物组无毛鼠真皮中炎性细胞浸润减少,胶原受损现象得到改善。结论外用姜黄素和茶多酚可通过减轻炎症细胞浸润及减轻胶原受损程度而防御UVB致无毛鼠皮肤急性光损伤。 Objective To assess the protective of Curcumin and Tea Polyphenols against different time of UVBinduced acute photo damage in hairless miceskin.Methods Thirtysix BALB/C hair1 ess mice were randomly divided into control groups and treatment groups(all of them were divided into 0s,30s,60s,120s,240s groups with two hairless mice).Curcumin and Tea Polyphenols were applied to the mice'sskin before 30 min irradiation.The irradiation distance was 15 cm.The mice in each group were given three times of UVB MED about 200 ~ 540 m J/cm2 and the irradiation time were 30s、60s、120s、240s.After irradiation,theskin on the back of the radiation center were taken intoparaffinsection for light microscopy observation.Results Different amount ofsquamae appeared in the control group of hairless rat,and lymphocytesscattered in collagen tissues.In the 120s and 240s UVB irradiated group,the collagen was redstained,disorderly arranged,even homogenized.In the treatment group,inflammatory cell infiltration was lessened,and collagen damage weakened.Conclusion By weakening inflammatory cell infiltration and collagen damage,topical application of Curcumin and Tea Polyphenols can protect hairless mice from acute photodamage caused by UVB irradiation.
