制造业转型背景下高校设计人才的培养战略研究——以浙江省为例

Research on College Students Cultivation Strategy under the Background of Manufacturing Transformation—Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

高校设计人才的培养战略研究可从制造业转型升级所面临的瓶颈问题来剖析设计在制造业转型升级进程中的助推作用,进而从设计人才培养规格的优化、培养内容的调整、培养方式的创新、培养模式的改进等方面提出改进策略,以递进式的校企合作模式推进产学研人才培养,从而提高设计人才培养质量,为推进"中国制造"向"中国创造"转型提供了创新思路。

The paper analyzes the art designing＇s boosting role based on the bottleneck problems in the process of manufacturing transformation,and puts forward the improvement strategies from the art designing specifications of the optimization of college students＇ cultivation,the adjustment of the training content,training mode innovation and improvement of cultivating models. The paper puts forward to cultivate college students＇ ability in the progressive type of university-enterprise cooperation pattern; in order to improve the quality of college students＇ ability and turn the idea of ＂Made in China＂into ＂Create in China＂.
