阿尔茨海默病:从临床诊断标准到神经病理诊断标准的进展和重塑 被引量：4

摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer disease,AD）是一种起病隐匿的神经变性疾病,为老年期痴呆最常见的类型。随着科学研究的进展,对AD的认识也有了显著进展,其临床表现与潜在病理变化的关联并不如传统观点所认为的那样密切。
