中老年人群血尿酸与代谢综合征及其组分相关性 被引量:6

摘要 代谢综合征(MS)是多种代谢危险因素在同一个体聚集的状态,包括向心性肥胖、高血压、血脂异常、糖代谢异常等。近年来流行病学研究发现,高尿酸血症往往与MS各组分伴随出现,但是否与M5独立相关还存在分歧。本研究通过评估不同原酸水平中老年人群MS的患病情况,分析影响尿醣的相关因素,探讨尿酸与肾功能和MS及其各组贫的相关性。
