以B公司为例,阐述了基层团队管理的"4F1C"模式,着重分析了其中的计划、组织、领导和控制功能。然后总结了"4F1C"管理模式的优势,为铁路运输企业推动基层团队管理模式的转变提供了借鉴。

In this paper, taking the enterprise B as an example, first we elaborated the 4F1 C mode which was applied in the management of grass-roots team, then analyzed its planning, organization and control functions and thirdly summarized the advantages of this management mode, in the hope of providing some reference for the railway transportation enterprises.
