新时期下我国民营快递企业发展对策研究

Study on Development Strategies for Private Express Enterprises in China in New Era

结合快递行业新时期的发展形势,从发展环境与企业自身两个角度,深入分析了我国民营快递企业当前存在的优势与劣势。在此基础上,针对性的从提升服务质量、加强信息化应用、强化企业合作、开展国际业务四个方面,提出了我国民营快递企业发展的对策建议。

In this paper, considering the development situation of the express industry in the new era, we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of private express enterprises from perspectives of external and internal environments. On this basis, we proposed corresponding strategies in the service quality improvement, the informatization reinforcement, the enterprise cooperation reinforcement and the international business implementation.
