Study on Coal Purchase of Thermal Power Enterprises

从国有火电企业燃煤采购现状出发,从微观和宏观层面就其背景原因展开探讨,并从优化燃煤采购流程和降低成本上提出针对性的策略。

In this paper, starting from the current status of the coal purchase in state-owned thermal power enterprises, we probed into its reasons from microscopic and macroscopic views and proposed corresponding strategies from two aspects： the process optimization of coal purchase and the cost reduction.
