内蒙古中小企业物流模式探析

Discussion on Logistics Modes of Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises in Inner Mongolia

在对内蒙古自治区中小企业物流活动进行简要概述的基础上,详细罗列分析了当前内蒙古自治区中小企业物流模式的现状及存在的问题,侧重对其中小企业物流模式以及战略对策进行探讨。并且运用SWOT方法,实证分析了内蒙古A公司的物流模式选择。

In this paper, on the basis of a brief summary of the logistics activities of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Zone, we listed the problems existing therein at the current stage, discussed the suitable logistics modes for them as well as their strategic choices, and at the end, using the SWOT analysis, demonstrated the choice of a company A from the area.
