对我国第三方物流行业的发展现状进行了分析,我国第三方物流发展程度相对较低,但空间巨大,正处于不断整合的过程。电子商务的快速发展,为我国第三方物流的发展带来了机遇与挑战,在此基础上提出了第三方物流企业未来发展趋势。

In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the development of the third party logistics industry in China, and then in view of the opportunities and challenges brought by the rapid development of the e-commerce, pointed out the trend for the development of the TPL enterprises.
