摘要
基于我国B2C电子商务发展现状,运用发散分析原理对B2C电商物流服务进行可拓拓展分析,建立物流服务评价指标体系;运用可拓方法构建物流服务评价的物元模型,通过简单关联函数确定各评价指标的权重,从而减少人为因素的干扰。经验证,该模型对电商物流服务的评价客观有效,能够为B2C电商物流服务的提升提供科学依据。
In this paper, based on an introduction of the development status of the B2 C e-commerce in China, we used the divergence principle to have an extension analysis of the B2 C e-commerce logistics services, and built the corresponding logistics service evaluation index system. Next using the extension method, we built the corresponding matter-element model for the evaluation of the logistics services,then determined the weight of the indexes to reduce the interference of the artificial factors, and at the end, through a test, demonstrated the validity of the model.
