摘要
现有的医院选址研究很少考虑患者择医行为的影响。以传统的覆盖模型和层次模型为基础,充分考虑择医行为,以效用函数代替传统的覆盖半径,提出了考虑择医行为的层次选址模型,并用算例分析验证了模型及算法的有效性。
In this paper, on the basis of the traditional coverage model and hierarchy model and fully considering the selection behaviors of the patients, we replaced the traditional coverage radius with the utility function. proposed the hierarchieal location model of the medical facilities that considered the discretion of the patients, and st the end, through a nnmerieal analysis, demonstrated the validity of the model and the algorithm.
