Study on Revenue Distribution and Cost Optimization under Fourth Party Logistics Integration Mode

主要探讨了第四方物流组织参与下的物流系统成本收益组成和利益分配状况。通过构建成本收益模型,并结合实例,讲述了第四方物流组织给整个物流系统带来的收益增长和成本节约。最后,着重解析了合理的效益分配机制。

In this paper, we mainly discussed the cost and revenue composition and the profit distribution of the logistics systems with the participation of fourth party logistics organizations, then through building the cost revenue model and through an empirical case,introduced the revenue gain and cost conservation brought to the logistics systems by the FPL organizations, and at the end, discussed how to establish a reasonable benefit allocation mechanism.
