重点分析乳制品行业三级供应链网络中经常出现的需求变异放大现象,运用系统动力学的方法来建立分析模型,并参考市场中一家乳制品企业供应链网络中的运营数据,运用Vensim仿真软件给出仿真分析,通过仿真展示乳制品行业三级供应链系统的需求变异放大现象和调整参数后的仿真改进结果,在此基础上给出改进和指导建议。

In this paper, we mainly analyzed the demand variation and amplification phenomena that often occurred in the dairy product three-echelon supply chain networks, used the corresponding system dynamics model, and at the end, by referencing the operational data of a certain dairy product enterprise, had a simulation analysis using the Vensim program, on the basis of which we presented the suggestions for improvement and guidance.
