摘要
在前人研究的基础上,利用节点CODP,针对大规模定制生产模式下的7种类型供应链,恰当划分阶段,以订单为单位顾客,建立排队论模型,运用排队论的方法求解,建立末端零担配送的配送时间和路径选择模型,运用节约里程法求解,明确给出大规模定制模式下的供应链响应时间的计算公式。最后,提出其具体应用方向。
In this paper, on the basis of previous studies and taking advantage of the CODP system, we studied the seven types of supply chains under the mass customization mode, then defining the unit customer as discrete orders, built a queuing theory model, established the endpoint LTL distribution model to calculate the time and route selection of the distribution process, and at the end, pointed out the specific directions for the application of the model.
