摘要
基于技术环境角度,将食品供应链划分为传统供应链模式和基于物联网的供应链模式两个发展阶段,并重点针对这两种不同技术环境下供应链模式的食品安全问题风险因素进行了详细分析。研究对于食品供应链安全管理具有基础理论支持作用。
In this paper, from the perspective of the technical environment, we divided the food supply chain into the traditional mode and the IOT-based mode and then analyzed in detail the food safety risks of the two modes.
