中国渔业产业组织结构与企业绩效的关系研究

Research on the relationship between organizational structure and corporate performance in Chinese fishing industry

随着我国渔业市场的不断繁荣和渔业产业链的不断延伸,渔业产业呈现多元化趋势,产业组织结构越来越成为影响企业经营绩效的重要因素。在这样的背景下,从产业组织结构出发,从纵向一体化和企业规模2个角度对渔业组织结构问题进行分析,探讨对渔业企业绩效的影响机制。通过层次分析法和二元回归模型相结合的方法,提出鼓励渔业企业通过兼并扩大规模、扶持潜力大的渔业企业实现做大做强、促进渔业企业采取多样化发展、纵向整合、覆盖渔业产业链的经营策略,以实现渔业企业的高效发展。

With the continuous prosperity of fisheries market and constant extension of fisheries industry chain, the fishing industry tends to be diversified and the industrial structure is becoming an increasingly important factor affecting corporal performance. Under this background, this paper explores the affecting mechanism of the fishery en- terprise performance from two perspectives of the vertical integration and enterprise scale which form the industrial structure. By AHP and binary regression model, suggestions are proposed that fisheries corporations should be en- couraged to expand the scale by mergers, potential fisheries enterprises should be supported to be bigger and stronger and fishery enterprises should be promoted to adopt business strategy of various development patterns, especially vertical integration covering fisheries chain in order to achieve efficient development of fisheries enterprises.
