论族际个体矛盾的“去民族化”

ON THE DE-NATIONALIZATION OF PERSONAL CONFLICT BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS OF INTER-ETHNIC GROUPS

族际个体矛盾与民族矛盾两者存在一定关联,但在本质上是截然不同的社会现象。族际间个体矛盾的发生兼具多样性和复杂性的特点,在现实生活中极易被有意无意地导向民族矛盾,这种"民族化"的倾向对于多民族国家建设极其有害。要针对族际个体矛盾"去民族化",需要从"去政治化"、"去敏感化"、"法制化"以及"领域分立"等多种途径探究其解决方法,这对我国和谐民族关系的发展和依法治国的推进都有着理论和现实的意义。

There is a link between personal conflict of individuals of different ethnic groups and ethnic conflict,but they are completely different social phenomenon in essence. With characteristics of diversity and complexity,the personal conflict of individuals between different ethnic groups,intentionally or unintentionally,can easily be guided to ethnic conflicts in real life,and it is really harmful to the building of multi- national country. There are several ways to de- nationalize this kind of personal conflict,including＂de- politicization＂,＂desensitization＂,＂legalization＂,and＂domain distinction＂.
