论凉山彝族亲属间的对立关系、三角结构及其在纠纷中的作用

ON THE ANTAGONISTIC RELATIONS AMONG RELATIVES OF THE YI,THE TRIANGLE STRUCTURE AND ITS ROLES IN DISPUTE IN LIANGSHAN REGION

凉山彝族人际关系中广泛存在着亲属间的对立关系,这种对立关系在涉及第三方时可形成三角结构,以防止纠纷或达成纠纷的调解。对立关系是调解人调解的资源,也是凉山彝族社会"少讼"的机构性因素,但对立关系容易使纠纷解决过程沦为关系之争。

There widely exist antagonist relations among relatives in the inter- personal relations of the Yi in Liangshan region. These relations constitute a triangle structure in dealing with the third party in order to prevent or to mediate disputes. The antagonist relations are a resource for the mediator and the structural element to the fact that there is ‘few lawsuit＇in the Yi society in Liangshan region. However,this relation can easily make the process of mediation a conflict over benefits.
