摘要
文章通过机械搅拌下,把三氯化锑乙醇溶液直接滴加到壬基苯酚聚氧乙烷(50)醚(TX-50)溶液中,得到了形貌较好、长20μm左右的带束状Sb2O3纳米材料。通过X射线能谱(EDS),X射线衍射谱(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的结构和形貌进行了表征,研究了反应温度、氨水浓度、表面活性剂对三氧化二锑纳米粒子形貌和纯度的影响。相对于商品Sb2O3,阻燃性能有所提高。
The belt-bundle Sb2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized by adding dropwise the antimony butter etha-nol solution into the Nonylphenol polyethylene oxide ethane(50) ether aqueous solution(TX-50) with stirring.The effects of reaction temperature, ammonia concentration and surfactant on the morphology and purity of nanopar-ticles were studied respectively. The purity, crystal structure and morphology were characterized by energy disper-sive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)、X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The flame re-tardant property of synthesized Sb2O3 was improved compared with commercial grade Sb2O3.
