随着4G网络的部署和使用,分析LTE网络承载能力,合理配置频率资源,结合网络利用率等指标提升用户感知和网络性能成为关注重点。提出了从频率分配、技术效率和网络部署角度出发的LTE网络承载能力模型,并根据未来LTE业务发展预测,对我国LTE网络承载能力进行了测算。结果表明,目前我国LTE网络能够满足用户发展需要,但随着业务发展,未来热点区域仍可能存在频率资源缺口。

As LTE network widely deployed and used, analysis on the network capacity of operators and spectrum usage is becoming the focus of LTE related researches. This paper proposes a model to calculate LTE network capacity from the prospective of spectrum assignment, technical efficiency and network deployment. Via this model, we evaluate the LTE network capacity in China based on the prediction of future subscriber number and traffic. The results indicate that current networks of the three operators in China can meet the requirement of 4G user growth in the near future, but more spectrum is needed in some traffic hot spot.
