摘要
油气站场内埋地管道的腐蚀问题危害较大,以往对其缺乏重视。针对站场区域性阴极保护技术应用过程中出现的问题,包括总保护电流量的确定、接地系统对站内区域性阴极保护系统的影响、通电点位置的确定、屏蔽与干扰问题以及强制电流系统与牺牲阳极系统联合保护时牺牲阳极效果的判断等进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施,以期不断提高区域性阴极保护技术的应用水平,延长站场埋地管道的使用寿命。
Based on the application situation of regional cathodic protection technology to oil & gas stations,problems including the amount of current required in stations,the effect of grounding system on the regional cathodic protection system,the location of the potential feedback point,the shielding problem,the interference problem.the protection effect of sacrificial anodes involving both impressed current system and sacrificial anode system,were analyzed and related countermeasures were proposed.The present research,hopefully,was to contribute to boosting the application level of regional cathodic protection technology,decreasing the corrosion rate and prolonging the service life of buried pipeline at oil & gas stations.
