摘要 介绍了热等静压生产工艺及作用,详细阐述了高压泵泵体铸件的生产工艺:采用水平分型无箱造型线造型;中频炉熔炼,严格控制铁液化学成分;采用Fe Si Mg8RE5球化剂,BS-1型Si-Ba孕育剂;盖包冲入法进行球化处理;铸件浇注后进行热等静压工艺处理。生产结果显示,铸件的金相组织为44.97%铁素体+42.28%珠光体+12.55%球状石墨,铁素体、珠光体与球状石墨组织分布均匀,石墨球更趋圆整;铸件的强韧性、硬度以及抗疲劳强度有了较大的提升,符合技术要求。 The hot isostatic pressing process and its effect was introduced,and the production process of the high pressure pump body casting was described in details as follows:moulding on horizontal flaskless moulding line;melting in medium frequency furnace with strict controlling chemical composition of the iron melt;using Fe Si Mg8RE5 as the nodularizing alloy,using BS-1type of Si-Ba alloy as the inoculant;using tundish cover ladle pour-over process to conduct nodularizing treatment;treating the poured casting with hot isostatic pressing process. As the result of production,the final microstructure of the casting was consisted of 44.97% ferrite + 42.28% pearlite +12.55% graphite nodules,the ferrite,pearlite and graphite nodules distributed uniformly,the graphite nodules became more round;the strength,toughness,hardness and fatigue resistance of the casting has been enhanced quite obviously and met technical requirements.
