摘要
通过对灰铸铁进行合金化处理,研究了w(Cu)量对WP12气缸体金相组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:(1)随着w(Cu)量的增加,灰铸铁的抗拉强度和硬度均有一定幅度的提高,当w(Cu)量达到0.60%~0.80%时,其抗拉强度为235MPa,硬度为195 HB;w(Cu)量达到0.8%以上,抗拉强度的提升已不明显。(2)不同w(Cu)量的灰铸铁,其石墨形态均为A型,珠光体体积分数可达98%以上;在w(Cu)量低于0.8%时,随着w(Cu)量的增加,Cu细化珠光体的作用明显增大,当w(Cu)量大于0.8%以后,Cu细化珠光体的作用不再增大。
By alloying-treating gray cast iron,the influence of Cu content on microstructure and mechanical properties of WP12 series cylinder block was investigated. The result showed:(1)With increase of their Cu content,both the tensile strength and hardness of gray irons increased in some extent. When the Cu content reached 0.6%~0.8%,the tensile strength was of 235 MPa,hardness was of 195 HB. When Cu content reached 0.8% and higher,the tensile strength increase of gray iron was obvious no more.(2)The graphite morphology of all gray irons having different Cu contents was A type,their pearlite volume fraction could reach 98% and higher;when Cu content was less than 0.8%,the pearlite fining effect of Cu increased obviously with increase of Cu content,and after the Cu content was higher than 0.8%,the pearlite fining effect of Cu increased no more.
