炼油厂管道保温层下腐蚀及研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 碳钢是炼油厂管道中应用最为广泛的材质,其发生保温层下腐蚀(CUI)具有一定的普遍性和隐蔽性。从碳钢CUI事例入手,综述了实验室对CUI的研究现状、炼油厂针对CUI的涂料选择及CUI的脉冲检测手段,针对这些问题,认为对CUI开展现场研究、建立涂料使用依据以及检测技术的进步,是应对CUI发生的必要手段。 As carbon steel is widely selected for the refinery pipelines, it is subject to extensive hidden corrosion under insulation (CUI). In a case study of carbon steel CUI, the research & development of CUI in laboratory are described, and coating selection and pulse testing of CUI are discussed. Field testing of CUI is necessary to provide a basis for the application of coatings and development of testing technologies of CUI.
