摘要
采用减压侧线油,在减压釜和高压釜环境进行了腐蚀模拟试验,研究了温度对于减压侧线腐蚀的影响规律,并对侧线油中环烷酸和硫化物的热分解进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,在243 ~ 322℃时,随着温度升高,腐蚀速率增加.在350℃时,由于环烷酸的分解,腐蚀速率明显下降.环烷酸的热分解温度为322 ~ 325℃,硫化物的分解温度为335 ~ 350℃.
The corrosion simulation testing was conducted with vacuum side-draw oil in vacuum autoclave and high-pressure autoclave. The impact of temperature on the corrosion of vacuum sided-raw was studied, and the pyrolysis of naphthenic acid and chlorides in the side-draw oil was tested. The results show that the corrosion rate goes up with rising temperature. At 350 ℃ temperature, the corrosion rate goes down because of pyrolysis of naphthenic acid. The pyrolysis temperature of naphthenic acid is 322 ℃ ~ 325℃ and the pyrolysis temperature of sulfides is 335 ℃ ~350 ℃.
